Pilates is a fantastic way to promote core strength and stability, muscle control and endurance, and uses exercises that focus on posture.Take a work day break and improve your flexibility, strength and mental well-being. All skill levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Reserve your spot through the App. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Weekly class registration is required. One class per person, per week. Classes open to Brookfield Place tenants only. Space is limited. Spots will be held until 12:00pm. Participants are required to complete a waiver upon arrival.
