Whether you are new to running, want to improve or are a pro marathoner, this is the program for you. Join Cleveland Clinic Canada’s experts for this special 10-week virtual running program.

Using an interdisciplinary approach, you’ll get expert tips and your questions answered on the basics and biomechanics of running; improving your performance and preventing injuries.

The weekly 30 minute Zoom session will dive into a topic that will improve your running and provide you with a challenge to try around the neighbourhood. If you’re not able to attend the live session, catch up on what you missed through the link on the myB Tenant App.
